Whoever
you are, wherever you are from - you are always welcome at
First United Methodist Church of Mesa.
We consider hospitality to be one of our gifts and so heres
everything you need to know when you come for your first visit!
We do understand how intimidating and confusing it can be
to visit a new church for the first time. Please know that
you will never be asked to stand or announce yourself
as a visitor during worship time, and dress here is casual.
It is our goal to greet every visitor on Sunday morning and
if you are willing to let us know its your first time,
we have some information to share with you.
Our campus has several buildings and the sanctuary
is located on the northwest corner of our property. Watch
for the sandwich boards with easy directions from our parking
lot. Get a map and directions
to First United Methodist Church of Mesa. We are located in the
heart of downtown Mesa, right across the street from the Mesa Arts
Center. Most of our members make their home in the East valley, but
even if you're not from Mesa, Gilbert, or Chandler we'd still love
to have you worship with us!
If there are any other questions we can answer in advance,
please contact us.
Join us on Sundays for worship services
designed for your own approach and schedule. We have two
traditional services, one at 9:00 a.m. and then again
at 11:11 a.m.
Child care is available (no cost) as well as Sunday
School for both children and adults. A coffee fellowship between
services at 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. also takes place in our
Fellowship Hall.
We also have a variety of activities through the week, especially
on Wednesdays.

Are
you a like-minded person looking for a community of people
who are envisioning, exploring, building and sharing a journey
toward knowing God and his plan for each of us? Or, are you
simply curious or wondering what a church is like when it
isn't perfect and knows it? Whoever you are - we'd like to
meet you.
Come by this next Sunday. There's plenty of parking, a seat
in the sanctuary, a great message from our pastors, an outstanding
song from one of our choirs (seriously, you should come just
for the music), a cup of coffee and a doughnut in the fellowship
hall, a handshake - all waiting for you.
Whoever you are and wherever you come from - you're invited,
always welcome and we look forward to meeting you.
